All the transactions go directly thru Google checkout, so we dont have or store any of the financial informations.
Shipping
At this moment we ship thru USPS.
In the event of weather change, and ground or slower shipping methods are not suitable due high temperatures, we will contact you. Most of Colorado locations can be reached between 1 to 2 days. We are not responsible for melted or damaged product, if the ground option is choosen during warmer months or to warmer locations, we will advise to either wait or upgrade to an overnight shipping method. Ice packs are used during the warmer season.
Our products are made fresh in small batches, so please keep this in mind when placing an order. If you need your order for a specific time, please contact us at 720-934-3074 ,we will try to accommodate your needs. For wedding, party favors, corporate gifts or special orders, please contact us with details. We guarantee that the chocolates and confections will leave our facility in peak condition. DesiderioChocolates is not responsible for products that are damaged after they left our facility. But if you are unsatisfied with your product we will gladly refund your purchase price, not including shipping charges.
