We understand the importance of our customers privacy. All the information gathered on this website is used for only the purpose of purchase or if you sign up for our mailing list, in this case only your name, address and email will be kept and not shared. We do not and will not share any of the information with a third party. Your privacy is our first concern and make sure to do everything we can to keep it that way.

Shipping
At this moment we ship thru Paypal services, which uses UPS and USPS.

In the event the weather conditions change, and ground or slower shipping methods are not suitable, we will contact you. Most of Colorado locations can be reached between 1 – 2 days even with ground shipping. We are not responsable for melted or damaged product, if the ground option is choosen during warmer months or to warmer locations. We use ice packs and/or insulated boxes as needed.

We usually ship our confections, on Mondays and Tuesday, at the latest Wednsday, to avoid our product sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend. If overnight (Express Mail, USPS delivers on Saturdays) is choosen, then we will be able to ship later during the week. Priority Mail takes 2 – 3 days (Colorado locations are usually 1 day), depending on the locations. Express mail is overnight to 1 day. We DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S. at this time due to the high shipping rates.

Our products are made fresh per your order, so please keep this in mind when placing an order. If you need your order for a specific time, please contact us at 720-934-3074, we will try to accommodate your needs. For wedding favors, party favors or corporate gifts, please contact us with details. Also contact us for special orders. We guarantee that the chocolates will leave our facility in peak condition. If you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly refund your purchase price, not including shipping charges.

Ordering Information
We ship all of our chocolates Monday and Tuesday ground method, so if you place an order later during the week, it will probably be shipped the next Monday, unless 2nd day or overnight methods are choosen. Due to the perishability and delicate nature of our products, we don't allow more than 2 days of transit time. We don't ship later than Wednesday with ground method, to avoid our product sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Transit time depends on your location, many Colorado locations will get their products in 2 days with the ground method.
