Imperial stout (We are proud of this creation, made with  the Longmont Left Hand Brewery" Imperial stout" and Venezuelan milk chocolate).

Spice Turtles (Cute turtle shaped chocolate, made of rich milk chocolate, Masala spices and pistchio nuts. Another favorite).

Chai (Creamy spiced ganache filling,  with chai spices, black tea, honey and white chocolate, like eating a cup of chai).

Gianduja Mocha (Melt-in-your mouth hazelnut Gianduja, made with 100% pure la Gentile hazelnut paste, paired with a delicate  creamy mocha ganche.   My new favorite!).

Peanut Butter Banana (One of my favorite flavor combination. Organic peanut butter, fresh ripe bananas, in a double layer dipped in venezuelan dark chocolate ).

Blueberry (Organic blueberries   and white chocolate are combined in these delicate, tasty chocolate.  One of the popular ones!).

Mandorla  (Organic almond butter and creamy milk chocolate paired with Amaretto ganache, topped with a tosted organic almond).

 


 

 

Caffe' corretto (From Italy, one of the favorite way to enjoy a cup of espresso, with a splash of Sambuca, reproduced in this double layer chocolate).

Maple (Creamy butter filling, milk chocolate and organic maple syrup, one of my favorites).

Vanilla Brandy (Organic Tahitian vanilla and a splash of brandy in a creamy, smooth and intense dark chocolate ganache).

Orange (Belgian style ganache, buttery and melt-in-your mouth, made with fresh organic oranges and orange liquor).

Amaretto Mousse           (Milk chocolate butter ganache with Amaretto liquor).

Miele (White    chocolate ganache, fragrant local honey, organic pink grapefruit and a pinch of cayenne pepper).

Deep Cover (Deep Cover brown ale from the Left Hand brewery, turned into a rich caramel, paired with vanilla ganache).

White Russian (From the famous vodka drink, nice creamy ganache made with vodka and coffee liquor).

Cardamom Vanilla (Smooth creamy filling with an incredible aroma from the organic cardamom pods and organic tahitian vanilla).

Pina Colada (Fresh pineapple, coconut and dark rum infused this summer favorite white chocolate ganache). 

 

Raspberry (Dark chocolate ganache infused with fresh raspberry puree' and Chambord liquor).

Mint meltaway (Dark chocolate and mint marry perfectly in this creamy "meltaway" chocolate).

Mint nougat (Fluffy, minty nougat enrobed in rich dark chocolate. Refreshing!).

Mediterraneo (Organic Black Mission figs, organic walnuts, local honey and intense rich venezuelan dark chocolate. One of my ultimate favorites!! ).    

Asia (Double layer of milk chocolate and Five Chinese spices paired with a coconut white chocolate ganache, dipped in venezuelan dark chocolate).

Soft Nougat
Vanilla; made with honey , fine organic vanilla, organic almonds and pistachios. Simply delightful.

Chocolate Made the same way as the vanilla with the addition of rich dark chocolate.This reminds me of the soft "Torrone" I used to eat during the holidays back in Italy.

Passion Fruit (This is made for Valentine's day special. Creamy ganache made with real passion fruit puree' and rich milk chocolate, a splash of passion fruit liquor to complete it all!)

Pumpkin Pie (Perfect for Thanksgiving and fall Holidays. Real organic pumpkin puree' in  a creamy and spiced ganache).

Peaches & Cream  (Colorado peaches turned into a soft jelly, paired with a white chocolate vanilla ganache).

Pear Cardamom (Colorado pears jelly and aromatic cardamom ganache).
